On this page, you will learn about the current limitations of Group Master

Because of the following limitations, some group usage will not be fully accurate and do not support to copy or delete.

View Usage

Group Master supports integration with only two third-party add-ons: ScriptRunner and JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows (JSU). However, these integrations may not always produce fully accurate results. We recommend reviewing the output to ensure its validity.

Copy Usage and Delete Group

The app allows for copying and deleting group usage for certain components. However, due to logical constraints and limitations, complete support is not available for some components, including third-party integrations, Comment Visibility, and Worklog Visibility, among others.

Application Link

The app currently supports integration with Confluence only. To manage Jira groups in Confluence, you must install the Group Master for Confluence app. Additionally, Jira must be set as the primary user directory.
