What is the default order of issue panels/ wiki panels to be displayed?

By default, we display panels in the created date order.

But the Jira administrator and Project admin has edit permission can drag and drop the order of panel in the list panel.
=> The order of the panel will show exactly the list of the panel in the admin view.
