Jira Anonymize Rule

The "Jira Anonymize" rule is included as a suggestion upon installing UDC. This rule enables you to perform user cleanup exactly like Jira's inbox user anonymizer feature. In addition to mirroring Jira's functionality, you also have the flexibility to designate different substitutes for various cleanup components.
