Why I cannot clean some users' filters

Filters are used also in Agile boards, so if you intend to remove both filters and their associated Agile boards, ensure your rule includes an additional "Agile Boards" clean component.

However, if your objective is solely to delete the filter, ensure that no Agile boards are utilizing it.
