This page provides a detailed guide on how to copy group usage. It is about duplicating the usage from one group to another, ensuring that the new group inherits chosen usage metrics and settings. This process is useful for replicating successful group configurations or transitioning data between groups efficiently. Follow the steps outlined here to perform the copy operation accurately and manage your groups more effectively.

For all the following procedures,

• User Data Cleanup App must be installed on your Jira data center (see our Installation Guide for detailed instructions).

• You must be logged in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

Follow these steps to go to the Copy Usage page:

1. Select > User management

2. Under the section Group Master select Manage Groups

3. Select one specific group and submit Copy Usage action
