Prerequisites
You must be:

Logged in as an admin of the Jira Cloud.
Steps for Installation

Log in to your instance of Jira as an admin.

Select the Apps dropdown menu from the top navigation bar, and choose Explore new apps.

Once the screen loads, you can type Q12-TMT Test Management Tool for Jira in the search bar to find the appropriate app.

Click App > Click Get it now.

Choose the Jira-Cloud Site, where the Plugin should be installed.

The plugin will be installed and available.
(Please note: These steps are only for admins. If you are not an admin, then you have to select 'Get it now', and then request the app by selecting 'Submit request'.
