We also limit the number of users you can search for based on your permission.
This will also apply to any places you can search for users in Confluence to ensure information security.
Searching for users
If you don’t have permission to search for some groups then you will not see users who in those groups.
If you want to have permission, please contact your administrator for more information.
Mentioning users
We also apply search permissions to the @-mentioning feature. That means you can only ad-mention users who you can search for. If you need to mention some users in groups that you don’t have search permissions, please contact your administrator for specific demands.
