How can I delete a rule to which users are applied?

To delete a rule with applied users, follow these steps:

Remove all users from the target rule.

1. Navigate to the Permanent Clean page and go to the Bulk User Clean tab.

2. Enter the target rule in the Applied Rule input.

3. Click Filter button

4. Enter Substitute User

5. Select all users from the table and click Clean up

Once completed, return to the Rule Configuration page. The target rule will show 0 applied users, allowing you to delete it.
