How fast does a change sync?

Push: pushes triggered by Jira events run in the background shortly after the change.
Pull: scheduled pulls run on the rule's schedule, as often as your license edition allows (see License Editions). A manual pull, or a pull through the Sync Trigger API, runs right away.

The Sync Bridge panel updates on its own when a sync finishes.
