Project & Version
In Q12-TMT, a tester works in a Project or a Subproject, in a specific Version.
The selected (Sub)Project and Version are always displayed on top of the page.
A new Version can be created for each release of the software to be tested. When a new Version is created, Test Suites and Test Cases are copied from the previous Version.
Unlike Test Cases, Test Runs are associated with the specific Version in which the Test Case execution occurs.
Creating a new Project is only available in the Q12-TMT application and with the role of a project admin.
