Tickets
In addition to the Jira Could App, in Q12-TMT, you can reference external ticket frameworks, such as Azure DevOp or Jira.
A Test Case can be linked to a requirement ticket using the “Source Tickets” field.
A Test Case in execution can be linked to a defect ticket using the “Defect” field.
To link an issue, enter the ticket key. Q12-TMT will recognize it and create the correct link.
To do this, Tenant Admins define the relevant instances of Azure DevOps or Jira (on-premises or in the Cloud). Then, Project Admins link the (Sub)Projects with the corresponding Azure or Jira projects.
