How fast does a change sync?

Push: pushes triggered by Jira events run in the background shortly after the change.
Pull: pulls run on the rule's schedule, at most every 5 minutes (every 5 minutes by default), or on demand with a manual pull.

The Sync Bridge panel updates on its own when a sync finishes.
