Does Sync Bridge sync my existing work items when I create a sync rule?

No. A work item syncs the first time one of the rule's triggers fires for it:

• a selected Jira event, for example Work item updated

• a manual push from the Sync Bridge panel

• a call to the Sync Trigger API

The first push creates the linked work item on the other site.
